HOW TO PLAY
Whoever most recently visited a famous monument goes rst , and
play proce eds clo ckwise. Start your turn by de cid ing how far you
want the Catue of Liber t y to travel around the board, wi th t he goal
of collec ting the low est a va ilable f ace - up card.
Once you de cide on your target card , you may either roll 1 , 2 , o r
all 3 number dice dep ending on ho w many you thin k it will take to
reac h the color region with that card. (Hin t: T he further you need to
go , the mor e dice y ou ’ ll nee d! ) Roll the dice , count up the tot al and
then, assum ing you don ’ t want to r e - roll (See: “ Re - roll ”) , move the
Catue of Liber t y that numbe r of spaces clo ckwise around the board.
Next, look at the icon under t he gurine and tak e one of the
following actions , dep ending on the space wh ere y ou land ed :
RE-ROLL
Collecting Re - roll tok ens gives y ou a chanc e
to re - roll d ice on a f uture turn. After you rol l
but b efore you move y ou may sp end one or
more R e - roll tokens to re- roll any pre viousl y
rolled dice on that turn. Howev er , you may not rol l a n y
ad ditiona l dic e.
Ex ample : C hr is decides he wan ts to r oll t wo d ice , but after r olling he
doesn ’ t li ke the r esult . H e may u se 1 Re -r oll token and re - rol l one or
both of the dice he or igi nally r olled , howev er he may not add the
thi rd d ie and r oll all thr ee.
Y ou may re - roll as many ti mes as you have tokens to spend (one
re - roll per token ) , and Re - roll tok ens may also b e spent on Wild
die r olls. Place any used tokens back in the center pile.
ENDING THE GAME
Contin ue t aking turns and collecting cards unti l you have either 5 cards
(2 player game) or 4 cards ( 3 -5 p layers ) fa ce - down in front of y ou .
Once this happens, on all future turns you may decide whet her t o
ski p your turn or roll. However if you choose to take your turn ,
i nst ead of r oll in g the number dice and movi ng the Catue of L ibert y ,
you only roll the Wild die. R e - roll tokens may still be used , but if you
collec t a card from ar ound the b oard you MUST d iscard an older
card from your collection to the bot tom of t he draw pi le.
As soon as th e last player has colle cted th e requi red
number of cards thi s t riggers the nal r ound of the
game. Duri ng t he nal r ound, each player g et s o ne
last oppor tunit y to skip their turn or roll the Wild di e,
ending with the person who triggered t he nal r ound.
( Remembe r : If y our r oll r esults i n taki ng a card f r om
one of the v e piles , you MUS T swap it for one o f your older car ds . )
Then ever yone re veals their cards and adds up thei r total s.
The player with the l ow est score wins!
